SAC Carajás is an application aimed at the entire Carajás team, where it is possible to follow all the operations of its customers and all the processes involved until the delivery of the product.With SAC Carajás it is possible to search for quotes, view item information, payment, delivery address and track of the customers operation.
In this way, the App SAC Carajás is making the SAC process more dynamic, objective and agile.To facilitate the search for information, there are dynamic filters on the main screen.
In the main field you can search by quote number, customer CPF or customer name.
In the advanced filter it is possible to refine the search by month, month/year, date, period.
When selecting month/year, date or period, one or more fields are enabled to facilitate the insertion of information.To make searches more objective, when using the main search field, all other filters are disregarded.
Likewise, when the filter used is the advanced one, popUp, the main filter is disregarded.
